Workshop Overview
The Food as Medicine Everyday course is a series of six weekly workshops that demonstrate simple techniques for selecting, storing, handling, and cooking flavorful, nutrient-dense whole plant food meals and snacks, and that teach you how these foods can improve your health and overall fitness.

Community Support Agriculture (CSA), or farm subscription, is a very affordable option to purchase certified locally and/or organic locally-grown fruits, vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, and even nuts!
How many people can participate?
Virtual FAME Cooking Series
Each workshop welcomes up to 10–15 adult participants right from the comfort of their own home kitchen. The virtual workshops are 90 minutes and will be held based on registrant preference.
Registration & Enrollment
Open until filled beginning Monday, November 4, 2024. Classes are held from the first full week in January through the end of March 2025. Register here.
In-person FAME Cooking Series. When offered, the in-person workshop welcomes up to 15-20 adult and children participants. The workshop sessions are 90 minutes in metro Atlanta. Not currently accepting enrollment.
What is my investment to participate in the FAME course?
The FAME workshop is a 6-week series paid at the time of registration. The cost of the workshop is payable in one lump sum of $240 USD per registrant plus the cost of the book (~$25.00). Additionally, the proceeds from the Food as Medicine Everyday workshops help support the creation of iEatMorePlants® programming, reduced costs of health coaching sessions for low-income families, and so much more!
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I have a group of friends with me in my kitchen? No. The FAME course is designed to be small and intimate to allow for dedicated support and instruction.
I'm married, can I register and my spouse attend for free? iEatMorePlants® is a family-friendly company and invites one spouse or significant other "sous chef" to participate at cost ($200).
Can my children participate? iEatMorePlants® FAME Kids curriculum is designed especially with your little ones in mind. FAME Kids is offered as part of iEatMorePlants® Back-to-School programming. Children are not permitted in the adult-only virtual FAME sessions.
What happens if I register and cannot attend? Registration is transferrable. Registrants are responsible for coordinating their replacement. Please email us two weeks before the course start date to provide us with the contact information of your replacement. After that time, you will only have the option to enroll in another session if you decide, however, you must inform us of your intent to enroll in another session no later than 48 hours (2 days) before the start of your registered session to avoid forfeiting registration. There are no refunds.
Can I get a credit for missed classes? No. There are no refunds or partial credit for missed classes. Participants are encouraged to make every effort to attend classes.
What happens after I register? Participants will complete a consent form and receive course communications leading up to the first workshop.
