A Great Place to Eat Plants With People Who Eat Meat

0 REPRESENTSWhether you've given up meat, are trying to give up meat or simply add endeavoring to add more plants into your diet; one of the hardest social activities to navigate is eating out. I was completely raw vegan by the time Tamekia and my relationship progressed to dating and eating out, and although she has always been 100% supportive of my dietary and lifestyle choices; that didn't make it any easier for us to go out.

I recently told a story on trueSTORY. that included info me & Tamekia's first date and how impossible it was for us to find a place to eat where I wouldn't have to sit there and watch her eat. You can click the SHARED LINK to hear the story; SPOILER ALERT... we went home without eating. A few months after that first date while out searching for a place to have breakfast (another funny story to tell) we ended up at a Golden Corral in Indiana. It was a wonderful find. We were both able to find PLENTY of food options that suited our dietary choices and flavor palates. Since then we have been to Golden Corrals in the North suburbs of Chicago, Indiana, Missouri and the South Suburbs of Chicago... and it has always suited our varying degrees of EATING MORE PLANTS.

The meal shown above is my EAT MORE PLANTS meal from this weekend while we were away on an amusement park Baecation. You can see that I was at no loss for variety and flavor. On our various trips I have had full salads, fresh pineapples, fresh watermelon, brussel sprouts, cabbage, squash medley, cantaloupe, honey dew melon; and that doesn't even scratch the surface of the plant options that are available. So, if you're in a situation where some of you all eat meat and some of you don't and you are searching for a place to eat out; I would highly suggest... from experience, that you consider the Golden Corral.
